Warranty terms are set by each manufacturer and may vary by model and region. Check the manufacturer's site for full terms.

Astral RTX 30-day replacement guarantee

For the first 30 days after delivery, you don't need to deal with the manufacturer at all. Report the problem to us and we'll handle it. Once we've confirmed the defect we ship a brand-new replacement, usually the same day. If the same model is out of stock, you can choose a full refund or a different card.

Advance replacement is available: we ship the new card first and you send the faulty one back in the same box, using the prepaid label we include.

After 30 days: manufacturer warranty

From day 31 onward, claims are handled by the manufacturer's RMA center. That's normal for every retailer, but we don't leave you on your own:

  • Your invoice lists the card's serial number, which every manufacturer asks for as proof of purchase.
  • We keep photos of your card's seal and serial label from the day it shipped, which helps if a claim is ever questioned.
  • Email us and we'll tell you exactly which form to fill out, what to include and where to ship it.
  • If an RMA stalls, we'll contact our brand representative directly to push it along.

Register your card

We recommend registering your card on the manufacturer's website within 30 days. It's required for Gigabyte's extended fourth year, and it makes any future claim faster with every brand. Keep your original box for at least the first year — some RMA centers prefer it.

Before you file a claim

Many "defects" turn out to be setup issues. Before contacting us, try:

  • Reseating the 12V-2x6 / 16-pin power cable firmly on both ends until it clicks, with no sharp bend near the connector.
  • Doing a clean driver install using the latest NVIDIA Game Ready or Studio driver.
  • Checking your power supply meets the recommended wattage (1000W for most RTX 5090s, 850W for RTX 5080s).
  • Testing in another PCIe x16 slot, or with the motherboard set to PCIe Gen 4 if you see instability.
  • Resetting any overclock or undervolt profiles to stock.

What's covered

  • Failure to power on, display output, or be detected.
  • Artifacts, crashes or instability at stock settings.
  • Failed fans, pumps (on liquid-cooled models), RGB controllers or display ports.
  • Abnormal coil whine or noise judged excessive by the manufacturer.

What's not covered

  • Physical damage, cracked PCBs, bent pins or liquid damage after delivery.
  • Removed, altered or unreadable serial stickers.
  • User modifications such as water blocks, re-pasting, shunt mods or unofficial BIOS flashes (some brands allow cooler changes — ask us first).
  • Damage from inadequate power supplies or improperly seated power connectors.
  • Cosmetic wear, or damage from cryptocurrency mining or commercial rendering farms where excluded by the manufacturer.
