This website is operated by Astral RTX LLC, a Texas limited liability company located in 13601 Preston Rd, Suite 800, Dallas, TX 75240, United States. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping any login details secure.

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email only confirms we received it. A contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, unverifiable payment or address, obvious pricing errors, purchase-limit violations or stock issues; in that case you receive a full refund and nothing more is owed.

We work hard to make every listing accurate, using manufacturer specifications. Manufacturers occasionally update clock speeds, packaging or included accessories without notice. Product photos may show accessories or lighting that differ slightly from the unit you receive. If something materially differs from the listing, you may return it under our Returns policy at no cost.

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Sales tax is added where required by state law and shown before payment. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a clear error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel or pay the correct price.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC). Card payments are authorized at checkout and captured at shipment. Crypto payments must be sent in the exact amount quoted within the 15-minute payment window; late or incorrect payments are either refunded (minus network fees) or must be topped up before shipping. Crypto prices are fixed in USD at the time of the quote.

To keep stock available for real customers, purchases are limited to 5 units per model per customer, household or payment method. Business orders above this limit are handled by our sales team and may be subject to separate written terms.

Our pricing is intended for end users. We reserve the right to decline orders we reasonably believe are for resale. Business buyers with a valid resale certificate should contact us for wholesale terms.

Shipping, returns and warranty are governed by our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Warranty policies, which form part of these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier collects your signature.

If there's a problem with your order, please contact us first — we resolve almost every issue within a business day. Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered and signed for may result in us providing delivery and signature records to your bank and declining future orders.

You agree not to misuse the site, including scraping, using bots to purchase stock, attempting to bypass purchase limits, interfering with security, or uploading malicious code. Site content, including text, design and our own photography, belongs to Astral RTX or its licensors.

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Apart from that warranty and rights you have by law, products and the website are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific performance in particular games or applications, as results depend on your full system.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages such as lost data, lost profits or damage to other components. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

If you have a dispute, contact us first at support@asusrogastral.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we can't, either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court or in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
