Yes. Every card is brand new, factory sealed and sourced through authorized distribution. We never sell used, refurbished or open-box units as new.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, plus cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT and USDC. All card payments are processed over 256-bit SSL encryption — we never see or store your full card number.

Choose crypto at checkout and you'll receive a wallet address and exact amount locked for 15 minutes. Your order is confirmed once the transaction receives network confirmations (typically 1–3 for BTC). Crypto orders ship on the same schedule as card orders.

Orders placed before 3pm ET on business days ship the same day. Delivery is free, fully insured and typically arrives in 2 business days anywhere in the contiguous US.

Yes. For your protection every GPU ships signature-required with full insurance for the order value.

At this time we ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (3–5 business days). We do not currently ship internationally or to freight forwarders.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened items that are defective are covered by our 30-day replacement guarantee and then the manufacturer warranty.

Yes. Every card carries the full manufacturer warranty (typically 3–4 years depending on brand). We'll help you with any claim.

Sales tax is collected where required by state law and shown before you pay.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Flagship cards are big. Most RTX 5090 models are 330–360mm long and 3–3.8 slots thick. Compare the dimensions on each product page to your case's GPU clearance, and remember front fans or radiators reduce it. Not sure? Send us your case model and we'll check for you.

We recommend a quality 1000W ATX 3.0/3.1 power supply for an RTX 5090, 850W for an RTX 5080 and 850–1000W for an RTX 4090. Use the native 12V-2x6 cable if your PSU has one, and push the connector in fully until it clicks.

Yes. Every card is a US retail unit with US warranty coverage. We don't import grey-market cards.

Card details are entered directly into our PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor and never stored on our servers. The whole site runs over encrypted HTTPS.

High-value electronics are a common target for stolen cards. Occasionally we'll email or call to confirm an order before it ships. It takes a minute and protects your payment method as much as ours.

We don't offer local pickup at this time. Shipping is free and insured to every address in the US.

If we lower the price within 14 days of your delivery, contact us and we'll refund the difference once per order.

Pay-over-time options through PayPal Pay Later are available at checkout for eligible US customers, subject to approval.

Yes. Ship to the recipient's address and add a note at checkout — we won't include a priced invoice in the box.
