Our company
Flagship GPUs. Nothing else.
Astral RTX is a US-based specialist retailer focused exclusively on the top tier of NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards — the RTX 5090, RTX 5080 and RTX 4090 from ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte and NVIDIA.
Who we are
Astral RTX didn't start as a store. It started as a workbench. Our founders spent years building high-end PCs for editors, animators and engineers around Dallas, and the part that always caused the most trouble was the graphics card. During the shortage, we watched clients pay scalper prices for cards that arrived with broken seals, swapped coolers or months of mining wear hidden under a fresh coat of dust-off.
So we started buying cards the way a retailer should: through authorized distribution, sealed, documented and traceable. Friends asked us to get them one too. Then their friends did. Eventually the GPUs became the business.
Today we sell one category and we try to be the best at it. You won't find cases, keyboards or budget cards here. Our catalog is deliberately small — around twenty models at a time — because every card we list is one we know well, have tested in our own systems, and are comfortable supporting for years after you buy it.
Our story
- 2019
Started as a two-person system-building shop in a rented unit in North Dallas, assembling custom workstations for local video editors and 3D artists.
- 2020
The GPU shortage hit. Our clients couldn't find cards, and the ones they found on marketplaces were often resealed, mined on, or outright fake. We began sourcing cards directly through distribution for our own builds.
- 2022
Opened direct GPU sales to the public after customers kept asking to buy cards without a full build. Moved into a secured, climate-controlled warehouse.
- 2023
Narrowed our catalog to flagship cards only. Dropped every mid-range SKU so the team could focus on inspection, packaging and support for the cards that matter most.
- 2025
Launched the RTX 50 series lineup on day one with ASUS ROG, MSI SUPRIM, Gigabyte AORUS and NVIDIA Founders Edition models.
- Today
A small, specialist team shipping flagship GPUs to customers in all 50 states, with every unit inspected and recorded before it leaves the building.
How we source
We buy from authorized North American distributors and, where available, directly from manufacturer channel programs. We do not buy from individuals, marketplaces, liquidation lots or overseas grey-market brokers. That costs us margin, and it's the reason we can stand behind every serial number we ship.
- New and sealed only. We never sell used, refurbished, returned or open-box cards as new. Ever.
- Serial-number inspection. Each card's box seal, serial label and UPC are photographed and matched to our purchase records on arrival, and again at packing.
- Warranty-ready. Cards are US-market units eligible for the manufacturer's full warranty, and your invoice lists the serial number so registration is simple.
- Climate-controlled storage. Inventory is kept in a secured, monitored facility with controlled temperature and humidity — not a garage or a shared fulfillment center.
- No mining, no testing on your card. We never open a sealed box before it ships to you. Our test bench uses our own cards.
The people behind your order
Every inbound shipment is checked against the distributor manifest. Box seals, serial labels and UPC codes are photographed and logged before a card goes onto the shelf.
Cards are double-boxed with corner protection and foam, weighed, and sealed with tamper-evident tape. Package weight is recorded so any tampering in transit is detectable.
Real people in Texas who know these cards. Ask about case clearance, PSU requirements, 12V-2x6 cabling or which model runs quietest — we'll give you an honest answer, even if it means a cheaper card.
Handles defect reports, reproduces issues on our own test bench and manages claims with ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte and NVIDIA on your behalf.
What we won't do
- We won't list a card we don't physically have. If it says "In stock", it's on our shelf.
- We won't add surprise fees at checkout. The price you see plus applicable sales tax is the price you pay.
- We won't sell your data, spam you, or sign you up for newsletters you didn't ask for.
- We won't push you toward a more expensive card than you need. Plenty of customers have called us about a 5090 and left with a 5080 that suited them better.
Our promise to you
Transparent pricing, free insured shipping on every order, signature-required delivery, a 30-day return window and a US-based support team you can reach by phone, email and chat. If something goes wrong — a damaged box, a dead-on-arrival card, a carrier that lost a package — it's our problem to fix, not yours.
We're a small company, and we know that every review and every referral matters. That's why we treat a $2,000 order with the care it deserves.
